Enrich leads

Badges scanned at a trade show become complete CRM rows before anyone picks up the phone.

Who it’s for
CRM software whose users return from trade shows with company names and little else.
Why it’s hard
A name alone is ambiguous, and Tradeline lists three companies called Kestry. Full profiles are for members, and the membership is the sales team’s.
You get back
  • Each lead’s row filled in, with a source beside every field
  • Leads it couldn’t match, flagged for a rep
How it runs, in your product’s code

The computer opens each lead’s own website first, so it knows which Kestry it’s after before it searches Tradeline. Tradeline keeps size and headquarters behind its member sign-in, which a rep enters on the live screen before handing it back. Each blank is then filled from the member profile.
